Aromatherapy Swedish 60 minutes $80
Select an essential oil blend to transform your massage into a personalized sensory experience. Choose from revitalizing, grounding, uplifting or energizing blends. This massage is a light or moderate pressure massage. Swedish techniques are integrated here with long, flowing and gliding strokes to nurture full-body awareness and connection. If you have never received a massage before, this is a good place to start.
Solace Through Touch 60 minutes $80
Grief massage is a combination of Swedish massage, customized aromatherapy blends and intentional, intuitive soothing long strokes. The slow and gentle work brings comfort to clients suffering from the emotional upheaval that grief and loss cause. It is beneficial for loss of a loved one, and is also effective for other types of loss such as job, marriage, relationships or isolation. Receiving massage in a safe and comforting environment allows a person to experience a reconnection of mind, body and spirit.
Essential Stone 75 minutes $100
A warm and soothing experience you will want to enjoy again and again. Aromatic volcanic river stones trigger the release of muscle tension as they smoothly glide over your body with long Swedish massage strokes. The stones are heated to 127 degrees. The weight and warmth of the stones soften and relax muscles, allowing for deeper muscle access and relaxation. Using Organic coconut and essential oils blended just for you, this treatment is both restorative and restful.
Tension Tamer 60 minutes $80
A focused deep tissue massage that relieves muscle soreness and releases chronic tension. After warming the tissue with Swedish techniques, deep pressure is used to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia where aches and pains are held. Deep Tissue Massage can help with chronic pain and spasms, injury rehabilitation, postural problems and limited range of motion. Included in your service is an application of tension tamer cream.
Pregnancy Massage 60 minutes $80
This treatment supports and nurtures the mother-to-be. Specialized massage techniques and bolsters ensure complete relaxation and comfort even late in pregnancy. Prenatal massage helps relieve muscle cramps, reduce stress on weight-bearing joints and improves circulation which can reduce swelling. Perfect for second and third trimester discomfort. Aromatherapy included. Please check with your doctor first if you are having any complications with your pregnancy.
Chair Massage 20 minutes $30
A seated, fully clothed massage that helps to calm stress and lower anxiety, while reducing tension and muscle pain. Inquire about chair massage at your workplace or event.
Sole Soother 30 minutes $45
A treat for tired feet. Start with gentle exfoliation and a foot soak to soften the skin. Swedish massage is combined with reflexology, a specialized technique to calm your nervous system and nurture organ systems throughout the body. This treatment is a relaxing experience while soothing aching feet and restoring vitality.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full session. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
