I am a licensed and nationally certified massage therapist. I have been a full-time massage therapist since graduating from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 2006. I have specialized training in sports massage, myofascial release techniques, CranioSacral Therapy, cancer massage, and Japanese Reiki. In addition, my techniques range from Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, acupressure, body mobilization, stretching, and more.
